Looks like ubuntu has chromium in armhf packages:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/chromium-browser/41.0.2272.76-0ubuntu1.1134
The changes to enable armhf build seems quite small (bunch of arm related
defines and unsetting sysroot). I haven't tested if the binaries ubuntu
builds actually work.
