Dear Maintainer,

While working on the "reproducible builds" effort [1], we have noticed
that libranlip could not be built reproducibly.

The attached patch sorts the md5sums files. Once applied,
along with the other reproducible patch pending on libranlip,
libranlip will almost build reproducibly in our current experimental
framework.
