Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed
that spice-gtk does not reliably rebuild all of its sources:

Unfortunately, simply deleting "src/controller/spice-controller.h"
in the debian/rules clean target causes a FTBFS; this file seems to be
handled specially in src/controller/Makefile.am.
