Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed
that pydispatcher could not be built reproducibly.

This is because the docs contain absolute build paths. A hacky
patch is attached; pydoc seems so ancient/weird it seems a little
pointless to fix itself..
