Hi,
Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0] I noticed that
process-cpp could not be built reproducibly.
This was because doxygen was taking a build-related log file,
link.txt, and then processing it like a manual page. This was
installed to /usr/share/man3 (hence the "normal" severity") and this
file varied on the absolute build path.
