Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0] we noticed that
crossfire could not be built reproducibly.

This is because it ships Makefiles that include absolute build paths
and similar. These files are meant to be generated from the Makefile.am,
so there is no need to ship the Makefile files (patch attached).
