Dear Maintainer,

src:weka fails to build reproducibly because its binary package weka-doc
vendors a pdf that saves in build date,

Hence the best way is to simply remove build date from the said pdf.
Since this is actively maintained on salsa, I made a merge request[1]
for the same along with other minor fixes, please consider merging.
I'm also pasting the patch below in case if this is needed for reference
