Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed that
siege could not be built reproducibly.

Specifically, it ships a shell script — siege.config — that embeds the
current shell. Based on my limited testing, I believe it is using the
target of the /bin/sh symlink rather than the value of the $SHELL
environment variable.
