Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed that
python-requests-cache could not be built reproducibly.

This is because it leaves files after running the tests, and it also
installs files directly under Python's dist-packages/ directory:

   /usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/http_cache.sqlite

Patch attached that adds:

    export PYBUILD_AFTER_TEST=rm -v {build_dir}/http_cache.sqlite
