Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed that
pycparser could not be built reproducibly.

This was because it ships a different binary package depending
on whether the tests are run or not, which was caused by the testsuite
not cleaning up the ast.pickle file (in addition to the various
other files already being cleaned).

Patch attached.
