Dear binutils-avr maintainer,

please compile the binutils-avr suite with 
`--enable-deterministic-archives`.

This will ensure that AVR-related packages shipped in Debian will, with 
no changes to their build systems, no longer suffer from various 
reproducibility issues currently found in the static libraries that they 
ship.
