Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed that
nfstest could not be built reproducibly.

This is because the dates in the manual page are generated from the
current build date.

A patch is attached that generates them from the SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH
environment variable (if it is present).
