Hi,
xmlcopyeditor is currently not reproducible and thus blocked from
testing migration. The problem is a timestamp in
/usr/share/xmlcopyeditor/po/xmlcopyeditor.pot:

I tested the program and it does not seem to use the file, actually
nothing from that directory. So I would propose to remove po/ from
debian/xmlcopyeditor.install.
