Hi Jeremy,

rust-gst-plugin-gif currently fails to migrate to testing because it is
not reproducible on reproduce.debian.net. The problem is that the
upstream 0.15.0 release does not have release_date set in the
Cargo.toml. One option would be to use a newer release where this is
fixed an other would be to add the patch from here:
