Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed that
python-eventlet could not be built reproducibly.

This appears to be because of a nodoc/nocheck typo: instead of skipping
the documentation if nodoc is specified, the packaging actually doesn't
build the docs is *nocheck* is specified.

Assuming this is just a typo, a patch is attached that corrects it. If
it is not a typo, however, the packaging will need rejiggering to ensure
it is reproducible regardless of whether nocheck is specified or not.
