Hi,

gr-radar currently fails to migrate to testing because gr-radar-doc is
not reproducible:

https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/gr-radar

This can be fixed by adding:

export FORCE_SOURCE_DATE = 1

to debian/rules.

Can you please add this?
