[Reproducible-builds] Events at DebConf14

Hi!

I'm about to submit two events for DebConf14.

First, a talk titled “Reproducible builds: where are we at?” that will
summarize the efforts than happen in the past year. I would be very
happy to team with anyone else to prepare and present it.

Second, a BoF to brainstorm or review technical solutions to the
problems that have been found to move the project forward.
