[Reproducible-builds] put commit messages on a separate list?

I fear that all these commit emails will drown out the communication between
humans.  Could the commit messages could be on a separate list, like using one
of these official lists:
https://packages.qa.debian.org/common/index.html

Checkout git.debian.org:/git/collab-maint/setup-repository for an example of
how to send commit messages to packages.qa.debian.org.
