debbindiff is killed by timeout after 15m on jenkins.d.n, though last night 
wenn testing the src:linux package I gave it an hour, and it also ran in that 
timeout. And I don't think running debbindiff even on that package should take 
5m, so I'm fairly sure debbindiff would run endlessly on them.
