Hi!

While working on the “reproducible builds” effort [1], we have noticed
that traceroute could not be built reproducibly.

The cause is the use of the __DATE__ C pre-processor macro which records
the current date. As this information is always available by looking at
the package data and metada in the Debian context, the attached patch
simply removes it.

Once applied, traceroute can be built reproducibly with the current
experimental framework.
