[Reproducible-builds] Bug#777379: Some manpages generated incorrectly

Hi!

While working on Debian's “reproducible builds” effort [1], we have
noticed that the manpages generated for ldns are not the same
on every build.
Some manpages contain documentation for different functions
than their name would imply [2].

I was able to reproduce it locally, where e.g. ldns_calc_keytag.3
was incorrectly the manpage for ldns_key_rr2ds.
