based on https://reproducible.debian.net/index_issues.html,

18027 reproducible packages out of 21579, meaning 3552 packages are
unreproducible.

the page also says "a total of 2070 packages categorized in 72 issues"
(i think this is wrong, btw; i think there are 2070 categorizations, but
some packages have more than one categorization (e.g. debian-policy has
for categorizations), so the total number of packages is probably less,
but i'll go with it for now)

That means that 1482 packages are not categorized at all. (another side
note: can we get a view on the website of packages that *have not* been
categorized?)

I think having a category of "investigated and needs more work" would be
useful. For newbies looking to help, they could avoid those packages.
And for more experienced people, they could treat that tag as an
interesting challenge.
