[Reproducible-builds] Berkeley DB cause libzhuyin not build reproducibly

Hi,

The package libzhuyin [0] does not build reproducibly in libzhuyin-data.
As upstream point out [1], it is caused by Berkeley DB data file in
libzhuyin-data. Is anyone has experience in handling reproducible
Berkeley DB data file?
