[Reproducible-builds] Berkeley DB cause libzhuyin not build reproducibly

The name looks good for me. Please help to update to
https://reproducible.debian.net/index_issues.html.

Also, the libpinyin [0] also has the same problem. I think we can check
for the same issue on package which is not reproducibly and depending on
libdb.
