Hello,

While working on the “reproducible builds” effort [1], we have noticed that
several packages could not be built reproducibly because doxygen embeds timestamps in
its html output by default.

The patch has been forwarded to upstream and this report is only to keep
track of the issue for the reproducible builds team.
