Hi!
While working on Debian's “reproducible builds” effort [1], we have
noticed that icebreaker doesn't build reproducibly.
The date embedded into the manpage can vary depending on the timezone.
The attached patch fixes this by setting the timezone to UTC and
generating locale-independent names for the month.
