Hi,

While working on the “reproducible builds” effort [1], we have noticed
that libgpiv could not be built reproducibly.

The attached patch removes $datetime from the file doxygen_footer.html.
Once applied libgpiv can be built reproducibly in our current experimental
framework.

Please also consider forwarding this patch upstream.
