Dear Maintainer,

libnet-tclink-perl's testsuite doesn't return the correct exit code if
any of the tests fail and thus the package build is successful despite
the tests failing. eg.

  ./test.pl:
    else
    {
  	  print "not ok 2\n";
    }

This makes it somewhat pointless from a continuous-integration point of
view..
