[Reproducible-builds] Reproducible debootstrap

Hi,

Got a bit curious and wondered just what it would take to make the output of debootstrap reproducible. Just two simple invokations and I "only" get the following differences:

 * {m,a}times varying over the entire tree

 * /etc/machine-id (systemd!)

 * /var/cache/ldconfig/aux-cache (probably trivially deletable?)

 * /var/log/{alternatives,bootstrap,dpkg}.log (hmm..)
