[Reproducible-builds] Gamera not reproducible ... at home

Hi,

there is a non-determinism in djvu_threshold in Gamera <= 3.4.2+svn1437-1 [1] which
needs deeper investigation and results in differences in an image in the docs.

But, what might be interesting generally is, the Jenkins job for some reason
does not trigger that for these packages although it's there and can be
reproduced by local Pbuilder builds (please see [1] for details). Is that
a phenomenon of relevance?
