[Reproducible-builds] Bug#800063: disorderfs: upgrade to 0.4.0-1 breaks libsearch-xapian-perl build

libsearch-xapian-perl_1.2.21.0-1 started to FTBFS under
disorderfs when the latter was upgraded from 0.2.0-1 to
0.4.0-1.

I'm not very clear on the reason; there's a couple of
  Exception: Unable to get write lock on testdb-writabledatabase: already locked

messages in the log but they come later than the first test failures.
Perhaps unlocking is broken somehow?
