[Reproducible-builds] timestamps_in_directories

I've created a new issue for this:

In build1, /usr/share/doc/llgal/examples has the same timestamp as
/usr/share/doc/llgal/changelog.Debian.gz.

In build2, /usr/share/doc/llgal/examples has nearly the same timestamp
as /usr/share/doc/llgal/changelog.gz.

This suggests that the problem is maybe related to one or more of the
dh_* tools and/or different filesystem ordering, as the source
packages themselves do not seem to be doing anything "strange".

But I leave the details to you :-)
