[Reproducible-builds] Recent issues with faketime in debian/rules during reproducible-builds builds

Hi,
while the mp4h 1.3.1-10 upload to experimental (which introduced
faketime in debian/rules in that package) showed up as having built at
https://reproducible.debian.net/rb-pkg/unstable/amd64/mp4h.html (no
more visible now), the 1.3.1-11 upload from yesterday is marked as
FTBFS although there were no changes related to faketime.
The symptoms point towards https://bugs.debian.org/778462 (faketime:
does not work in chroot if /run/shm is not mounted as tmpfs inside the
chroot ("sem_open: Function not implemented")).
The package built fine on all release-architectures, just failed on
kfreebsd-any, hurd and x32 with similar (but not identical)
sem_open-related error messages:
https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=mp4h
So I wonder: Are not all chroots used by the reproducible-builds
project setup the same way? Should the reproducible-builds not take
care that especially faketime works in all their chroots? Does the
project use pbuilder on Wheezy occassionally but not always? (That
one's known to exhibit #778462 as it doesn't mount /run/shm or
/dev/shm inside the chroot by default.)
P.S.: Please Cc me on reply, I'm not subscribed to the list.
Regards, Axel
