Britney (sadly) does not enforce build-dep satisfiability in testing,
which is sad.
They told me they'd accept a patch to add this, but I've not wrap my
mind around to this yet.

this depwait is caused by missing src:cook in testing, happily due to a
bug filed by this effort ^^

yes, though I'd usually not file such bugs unless we're approaching a
release, since (as holger said) most of those issues are transient (some
not and needs fixing, though)

looking at https://reproducible.debian.net/history/aegis.html I'd say it
has never built :)
Probably it has several other issues than this.
