[Reproducible-builds] new armhf node (Odroid-XU4)
vagrant at debian.org

I have another machine ready to add a few more cpu cycles to the armhf
rebuilds... Currently stress-testing it with some parallel u-boot and
linux builds, and it seems to be holding up at a load of 8-10; if those
work out ok, I'd say it's ready.
Odroid-XU4, exynos5422 quad-core, 2GB ram, ~60GB USB3 SATA spinning disk

It should at least comparable in performance to the Wandboard Quad or
Cubox-i4pro, if not faster. Have an SSD on the way, but running on an
old laptop hard disk for now.
This is the only one so far not running u-boot and kernel from Debian,
but preliminary support is in u-boot mainline (although requires binary
blobs for u-boot to work), and the kernel it's running is built from
linux-next, so should be mainlined by linux 4.4 or 4.5. In theory, it's
actually got 8 cores, and unfortunately the slowest 4 cores (A7 ~1.3GHz)
are the active cores. Trying to enable more cores resulted in
instability... but the other cores are 2GHz A15, so that could really
add a significant performance boost if that got working.
I've enable ssh access for Holger, just like the other machines; have at
