[Reproducible-builds] How to react on "the second build failed, even though the first build was successful" ?

Hi,

(please Cc me with replies)

On
  https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/libisoburn
i see under "action needed" a link to
  https://reproducible.debian.net/rb-pkg/unstable/amd64/libisoburn.html
with the statement that it would FTBS on second try.

Now what action is needed here ?

Both builds look flawless until the cleanup stage.
See the "make check" messages
xorriso 1.4.2 : RockRidge filesystem manipulator, libburnia project.
  ...

Both runs show no obvious deviations up to
"dpkg-buildpackage: envoi d'un binaire seulement (aucune inclusion de code source)"
which i deem counterpart of
"dpkg-buildpackage: binary-only upload (no source included)"

Then in the second run i see unusual messages
  I: user script /srv/workspace/pbuilder/59313/tmp/hooks/B01_cleanup starting
  I: user script /srv/workspace/pbuilder/59313/tmp/hooks/B01_cleanup finished
and lots of complaints about
  perl: warning: Setting locale failed.

This is not by me or by autotools. I don't use any perl
and quite surely did not install that hook script.

Have a nice day :)

Thomas
