Dear Maintainer,

python-netaddr fails to build from source in unstable/amd64 but has 
successfully built in the past:


running build_scripts
creating build/scripts-3.5
copying and adjusting netaddr/tools/netaddr -> build/scripts-3.5
changing mode of build/scripts-3.5/netaddr from 644 to 755
   debian/rules override_dh_auto_test
