this is not a diffoscope problem.

The real problem is https://bugs.debian.org/815409 which makes
libguestfs FTBFS on mips, which makes the testing migration of
libguestfs impossible, and as such testing (only) is not fixed wrt
ruby2.2 → ruby2.3.

josch did this to show us how is the dep chain of diffoscope→ruby:

#815409 is the real bug that needs to be tackle, diffoscope can do
nothing about it (except stop to build-depend on python3-guestfs (that
can be done to avoid removal from testing if qemu/libguestfs is not
fixed in time).
