Hi,

Whilst working on the "reproducible builds" effort [0], we noticed that libmemcached-libmemcached-perl could not be built reproducibly.

Thanks to seb at debian.org for assistance. (We are by the bar in UCT, with approximately 10 minutes until our drinks run out..)
