[Reproducible-builds] Bug#833284: reprotest: please add a "buildpath" variation to reprotest

The list of variations supported by reprotest doesn't appear to
include changing the build path.

We should be able to generate identical output regardless of where in
the filesystem the build takes place, so supporting this variation
would be a useful contribution to overall reproducibility.
