Hi!

While working on the "reproducible builds" effort [1], we have noticed
that uanytun could not be built reproducibly.
The hostname and build date is embedded into the version information,
and CFLAGS set by dpkg-buildflags are not honoured, which causes
variations due to different build paths.

The attached patch fixes this.
