It's unclear to me as AIUI "pep8" is being renamed to pycodestyle, so it
could be that "neutron/hacking/checks.py" is at fault for importing pep8.
I'd just file a bug and see what the maintainer thinks, it's not really
something Reproducible-specific…

Some extra background — we usually remove archived bugs from notes. I
believe there is a script for this..
