Repeated entries in Installed-Build-Depends .buildinfo section

Hi,

Excuse terseness; head is elsewhere and I don't want to lose this
bug report and — alas — I can't submit against src:dpkg yet :)

 $ curl https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/buildinfo/unstable/amd64/redis_3.2.4-2_amd64.buildinfo | grep '^ perl '

 perl (= 5.24.1~rc3-3),
 perl (= 5.24.1~rc3-3),

ie. repeated entries in Installed-Build-Depends.

Mattia doesn't believe this is deliberate, and nor do I :)  Apologies again
for blunt/sloppy report.
