Hi!

While working on the "reproducible builds" effort [1], we have noticed
that libio-pty-perl could not be built reproducibly.
It doesn't use dpkg-buildflags for compiling a C file, which causes the
build path to be embedded in debugging symbols (as -fdebug-prefix-map
won't be used).

The attached patch fixes this.
