diffoscope 71 only:

   Recommends: xxd | vim-common, python3-argcomplete,
     python3-debian, python3-guestfs, python3-progressbar,
     python3-rpm: python3-tlsh (>= 3.4.1)

It should have — at least — unzip. For example, I am currently
seeing:

  'zipinfo' not available in path. Falling back to binary comparison.
  Install 'unzip' to get a better output.
