Old and New armhf/arm64 nodes (Firefly-rk3399, Jetson-tx1, Odroid-C2, Raspberry PI2)

Got one old machine freshly reinstalled after a disk failure (rpi2c),
and three newly readied machines (ff64a, jtx1a, odc2a) that are arm64
capable, but configured with armhf userspace to be armhf build nodes.

Thanks to Rockchip, Nvidia, Debian and Freegeek for the donations that
made this expansion phase possible!

And that's not all! There are a few more boards that need some more
testing (for many, they need very recent linux), but are promising for
the near future...

As we get more arm64 capable machines, it gets more and more plausible
to systematically vary armhf vs. arm64 across builds... :)

live well,
