nodes health overview

Hi!

I'm quite happy about https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/index_nodes_health.html
for a start & please see the very first paragraph there.

Next: link to all the workers logs of each host, and as such, also display how many build
jobs a host has.

Feedback much appreciated.
