Without more details we can't tell. However, we (Debian) modify
the antlr3 package relative to upstream:

  http://sources.debian.net/src/antlr3/3.5.2-7/debian/patches/05-reproducible-parsers.patch/

Maybe that helps you, otherwise it may not be an antlr problem at all
or the above patch is incomplete.
