salsa.debian.org (git.debian.org replacement) going into beta

hi,

I also strongly believe we, a group of 30-40 people using alioth
workflows right now, should *not* be betatesting this new Debian
service, as it will be disruptive to our work.

betatesting of salsa.d.o should IMO be done by individuals (or by teams
where *everybody* wants to participate in those betatests).

I certainly don't want to betatest salsa right now. Maybe in March or
April. (Alioth shutdown is planned for May iirc.)
