This would need to either go in its own email to
control at bugs.debian.org, or on top of this message and cc control at bugs,
or do something like what I did in this message or any variants of them…
I believe we should spare mostly driven-by contributors from figuring
out how to interact at this level with the bug tracker, so I just did it
myself :)
